We help older or vulnerable people live independently and safely in their own homes, putting our customers and their families’ minds at rest. Our value-for-money service combines wellbeing visits and phone calls from our Independent Living Officers, with a 24/7 monitoring service in case of emergencies. We offer a range of packages to make sure our customers get the level of support they need.
The monitoring service means that if a sensor is activated, for example if the customer has a fall, a message is sent to a monitoring centre where operators will offer appropriate support. This could be contacting a family member, neighbour, the emergency services or one of our experienced Independent Living Officers, who are on call 24 hours a day.
As well as fitting and servicing monitoring equipment, our officers also have detailed local knowledge and can help customers overcome problems, big or small.
